Belmont Trading, established in 1988 is a full-service asset management and value recovery services company for all types of electronic materials. The company has a vast network of 50+ partners and over 10000 stores in Russia. It has valuable partners like re: Store, Svyaznoy, Beeline, Iport, Prime, MTS etc. 

The Problem: 

Belmont Trading was looking for an application which can track the real-time orders received by all the 50+ partners and over 10000 stores in Russia. It was difficult for Belmont to track the real-time orders frequently for all of its partners’ stores across Russia. The major issues was reports in figure format were not real-time & were not aiding in getting the quick decision making to improve the revenue.

The Solution: 

Our developers team provided a heat map solution to Belmont Trading. Our team of 20+ delivery head, developers, designers, solution architect & testers worked on this project using an agile methodology. The solution gave an easy access to the Belmont management to optimize the data of all the 50+ partners and over 10000 stores in Russia by showcasing them the range of real-time placed orders from different regions. The end product was a cloud-based solution which used to revised the data in every 30 seconds to help the management improvise the better business decisions.
